1)   If I am paid twice for one transaction or transaction failure?
Incase transaction is failed but money deducted then money will be refunded by bank. Please check with bank.

2)   When will I get a refund if I cancel my Hotel booking?
Money will be refunded within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

3)   How will I get my refund if I cancel my Hotel booking?
Once you cancelled booking, we will validate and process the refund to you within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.We request you to send email with the cancellation reference number along with your valid bank account details for speedy process.

4)   Is food available at hotel?
Yes we do cookboth vegetarian and non-vegetarian food only based on the pre-orders.

5)   Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we have sufficient parking spaces.

6)   What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.
